Description
Obsidian Falls is the waterfall of the medium sized Obsidian Creek.
The PCT goes up the cliff to the south of the falls, and then crosses the stream above the falls.
Camping is restricted in this area. You must get a permit from the ranger station ahead of time. There is a limited number of permits. Since this is a high use area, you might want to camp somewhere else.
Good drinking water from the stream.
