Separation Creek

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

(Redirected from Seperation Creek)
Pond on the PCT near Separation Creek (Jerry Adams)

Description

Separation Creek is a silty creek coming from the Chambers Lakes and crossing the PCT on the east side of the divide.

There is a small pond at the PCT, just north of the creek. You could get drinking water and camp here.

There is an unmarked way trail, passing the pond, going up along the creek, then going to the right (south) of the Chambers Lakes, then up to the pass, then down to Camp Lake between the South Sister and the Middle Sister. From Camp Lake, a trail goes down and joins the Green Lakes Trail. This is a shorter loop alternative to the Three Sisters Loop Hike.
