Watson Falls

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Watson Falls at the end of the summer (bobcat)

Description

Touted as the second tallest single-drop waterfall in Oregon after Multnomah Falls, the latest Forest Service measurement puts Watson Falls at 293 feet. This also makes it the 13th tallest waterfall in the state including those with multiple drops. The waterfall plunges little Watson Creek over a basalt lava wall into a cool amphitheater. Flows are much reduced by the end of summer, and the falls are much more impressive in spring.
