McCord Creek Crossing

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

The log crossing of McCord Creek's west fork (bobcat)
McCord Creek Meadows (bobcat)

Description

Here, the Moffett Creek Trail crosses the west fork of McCord Creek at 3140 feet of elevation. A sunken log affords a decent dry-footed crossing at low water; otherwise, you may have to enact a quick ford.

East of the crossing is a campsite on the edge of one of the McCord Creek Meadows (Note that the topo maps run the Moffett Creek Trail a way north of the actual alignment here).
