Indian Springs

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

A hiker samples the water at Indian Springs (Don Nelson collection)

Indian Springs is at the site of an abandoned campground just off of the Pacific Crest Trail approximately three miles southwest of Wahtum Lake. There are numerous primitive campsites still in existence. The rough Indian Springs Trail leads steeply north down to the Pacific Crest Trail from the springs. A very rough road (1310-660) from Wahtum Lake can be used as access.
