Bagby Hot Springs-Battle Ax Mountain Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

The junction with the Battle Ax Mountain Trail (bobcat)

The junction is on a ridge north of a lengthy talus slope. Just below the junction is a campsite with a view of Mount Jefferson. The water source for the campsite is a trickling creek in a small gully a few yards farther north on the Bagby Hot Springs Trail. There is also a small tarn above the Bagby Hot Springs Trail which is the source of the creek.
