Description

This is a trail junction high on the shoulder of Barrett Spur. From here, the Dollar Lake Trail angles down the crest of the ridge separating Elk Cove from Wy'East Basin. The Barrett Spur Trail heads down a different ridge, this one separating Wy'East Basin from Cairn Basin. The views from the junction are pretty spectacular, including Laurance Lake and the orchards of the Hood River Valley.
