Driving Directions

Drive Highway 26 east through Sandy.

From the final traffic light in Sandy, just past the ARCO Station, drive 17.0 miles to Zigzag, and then make a left turn onto East Lolo Pass Road, which becomes FR 18.

Proceed 4.3 miles, and keep left at the junction with FR 1825.

In another 6.1 miles, stay right at a junction.

Travel another 0.3 miles to Lolo Pass, passing the intersection with FR 1828, and then take the second right onto FR 18, a wide gravel road.

Go 1.2 miles and turn right onto FR 1800-620 for the McGee Creek Trail.

It’s 0.2 miles to trailhead parking on the right before the road makes a sharp turn uphill.
