Fees and Regulations

  • $5.00 State Park day use fee (or annual pass) required to park here.
  • Restrooms, picnic tables, interpretive signs
  • Dogs on leash
  • No overnight parking

Driving Directions

Drive Highway 26 west.

From the junction of Highway 217 with Highway 26, drive 68.7 miles and keep left (straight) for Cannon Beach and Tillamook as you approach Highway 101. In 0.3 miles, merge with Highway 101 South.

Drive 3.0 miles and turn right for Ecola State Park and City Center (Cannon Beach).

In 0.4 miles, make a right turn at a Stop sign onto 5th Street.

Drive 0.1 miles, and make another right onto Ecola Park Road for Ecola State Park.

Drive up this narrow, winding road for 1.7 miles to the fee station for the park and pay the day-use fee.

After the fee station, turn right at the junction for Indian Beach. Drive 1.6 miles into the day-use parking area at Indian Beach.
