From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Revision as of 14:45, 24 February 2015 by Bobcat (Talk | contribs)

The crossing in mid-summer, Battle Ax Creek (bobcat)

Description

This creek crossing on the Whetstone Trail is just below the junction with the Battle Ax Creek Trail. Battle Ax Creek usually easily crossed on stepping stones in the summer and fall. There are two campsites, one above the other, on the west side of the creek. There is also an inviting swimming hole just below the creek crossing.
