  • Beach access closed: March 15th – September 15th (Snowy plover nesting area)

Driving Directions

From Florence:

From the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 126 (9th Street) in Florence, drive north for 4.8 miles.

Turn left for the Sutton Recreation Area, and drive 2.2 miles, passing the turnoff for the campground, to the Sutton Beach Trailhead.

From Waldport:

From the intersection of Highway 101 and Hemlock Street (Highway 34) in Waldport, drive south on Highway 101 for 29.3 miles.

Turn right for the Sutton Recreation Area, and proceed 2.2 miles, passing the turnoff for the campground, to the Sutton Beach Trailhead.
