The Civilian Conservation Corps shelter at the Eagle Creek Overlook was completed in 1938 to afford the public views of the ongoing construction of the Bonneville Dam. The structure has a stone-columned porch, kitchen with stone fireplace, and restrooms. The building underwent a restoration project in 1994.
