Crater Lake Lodge (bobcat)

Description

The Crater Lake Lodge was opened in 1915 as a rather rustic hotel on Crater Lake's south rim. In 1995, an extensive restoration of the lodge was completed and all rooms got ensuite facilities. There is a large, classic stone fireplace in the main hall. You can hike directly from the lodge to the summit of Garfield Peak.

The lodge has a restaurant and other amenities. There is stunning view of Crater Lake from the front terrace. The lodge is usually open from Memorial Day to the second week in October, weather permitting.
