Re: HELP - which trail is this?
Your 2 thread titles prominently including "HELP" at the start seems to indicate that identifying the locations in the photos is a matter of some urgency and importance, but you aren't providing us with many clues. What's the situation?

Clues are the pictures and it's a trail in Washington. I'm aware this is the Oregon Hikers Forum.

Is this a quiz or is there a reason you need to know the location?

Judging by the second photo, the trail appears to be flooded and likely has been closed by the Forest Service.

The pictures are the question. Clues would be things like where you got these pictures, maybe how old they are, anything else you know or guess about them, what you've done so far to identify them, what you've been able to rule out, what connection these different pictures have (ie, answering the questions about what the info is for), and so forth.2hikers360 wrote:Clues are the pictures and it's a trail in Washington. A bit of a nicer reply to people's questions wouldn't hurt, either.

Re: HELP - which trail is this in Washington?
sorry. didn't realize my tone didn't come through my reply; totally understand your point.
I have done image search, textual search (wood trail bridge) and so far have come up with nothing. these pics are about 1 year old.
what comes closest is the horse bridge on Hamilton Mountain hike, but the bridge itself is different and everything around the bridge doesn't match. I hiked Hamilton Mountain and it's not it.

I'm not certain which trail it is, but the pictures are included in this video:

where they also visited McClellan Viewpoint and Eagle Cliffs near Mt. St. Helens so it seems like it could be on the east side of St. Helens.
edit: Actually they say in the comments that they were mushroom hunting off NF-25 which doesn't narrow it down a lot but might help depending on why you want to know the trail.

I'm guessing the answer is in that video. And as soon as someone identifies the trail the secret will be out.neilsonw wrote:...depending on why you want to know the trail.
