Question about gravel road to Bald Knob Lookout (Coos Co.)

Hi there,
I'm wondering if the logging road to Bald Knob Lookout (on Panther Ridge in the Powers Ranger District of the Rogue River National Forest) is OK for cars w/o 4-wheel drive?
