Description
This is nice viewpoint along the Yocum Ridge Trail. It's at mile 4.8 mile mark (from Ramona Falls Trailhead). Watch for a small spur to the right just before the first major switchback on the Yocum Ridge Trail. From here you'll have great views into the Sandy River canyon, Mount Hood, and places to the South including East Zigzag Mountain. There's a small flat area to put a tent, but there is no drinking water. For some this is a great destination in itself!
