Description

Twin Rocks are a pair of large Columbia River Basalt sea stacks off the Oregon Coast community of Twin Rocks in Tillamook County. One of the stacks is a natural arch sometimes called Elephant Head. These islands are part of the Oregon Islands National Wildlife Refuge and the Oregon Islands Wilderness.
