Description
Twin Falls is one of the smaller waterfalls in Silver Falls State Park. It gets its name from the fact that a large rock that splits the flow into two channels. While not as distinctive as Triple Falls or Upper McCord Creek Falls, the dual channels are unique to the park. At the end of summer, only one of these channels may be flowing; after a heavy winter rain, the drop may appear as a single sheet of water.
Twin Falls is probably the most difficult waterfall in the park to photograph. Most views seem to be pinned in by trees.
