  • Northwest Forest Pass (or America the Beautiful Pass) required

Driving Directions

Take I-5 south to Salem.

Take Highway 22 80 miles to Santiam Junction and keep heading east.

5.4 miles past the junction (and 0.2mi past the Santiam Pass Sno-Park), watch for a sign on the left that says Pacific Crest Trail Access.

Turn left and follow the short paved road to the parking area.

Other Notes

This trailhead provides easy access to the PCT, for anyone interested in doing sections of the trail.
