Driving Directions

Drive Highway 26 east. From the last traffic light in Sandy, just past the ARCO station, go 17.2 miles and turn right onto Salmon River Road for Welches Grade School and the Green Canyon Campground.

Drive 5.2 miles to the bridge over the Salmon River.

Here the road becomes gravel FR 2618: continue another 0.5 miles to a parking area where the road is blocked.
