South junction, East and West Trails, Humbug Mountain (bobcat)

Description

A small creek runs from the vicinity of the Cape Blanco Airport and runs into the ocean south of Floras Lake. It is the only significant breach in the cliffs along the stretch between the lake and Blacklock Point. An overgrown trail runs up the south side of the creek from the beach to join the Oregon Coast Trail where it crosses the creek at a ford (In summer, this can be a step over.). West of the ford, however, is a rather rickety "footbridge" lashed to a tree.
