Drive I-84 east to Exit 69 for Mosier.

Make a right turn after exiting the freeway for Mosier and the Historic Columbia River Highway and drive 0.3 miles into Mosier.

Make a left turn after the Totem Pole Park and drive down a gravel road to a parking area by the railroad tracks. Do not park along the highway east of the bridge.
