Fees and Regulations
- A Northwest Forest Pass (or America the Beautiful Pass) is required to park here. It can be purchased on site.
- Restrooms, picnic area, information kiosk, interpretive signs
- This parking area is normally accessible from April 1st through November 30th. During the winter, the Marys Peak Road is gated just past Conner's Camp Trailhead. In years of heavy snow, opening of the gate in the spring may be delayed past April.
Driving Directions
Drive I-5 south to Exit 228 for Lebanon, Corvallis and Highway 34.
After exiting, turn right for Corvallis, the Community College and Oregon State University.
After 9.7 miles, turn left for Highways 20 and 24 West, the Oregon Coast and Philomath.
In 0.7 miles, keep left and drive another 6.4 miles through the town of Philomath to the junction where Highway 34 peels off for Toledo and Newport.
Go left here and drive 8.9 miles to turn right onto the Marys Peak Road.
Drive 9.6 miles up this winding road to the Observation Point parking area below the summit.
