Description

The Wygant Trail leaves the Historic Columbia River Highway here where a powerline maintenance road heads up through the forest. The latter road can be used to complete a loop from Mitchell Point. A TRAIL sign points the direction of the Wygant Trail off of the powerline maintenance road a few yards up from the Historic Columbia River Highway. The Historic Highway is in the process of restoration, and the refurbished route will come through here.
