Description

A kiosk here announces the gateway to the Stub Stewart mountain biking area, leading off beyond a split-rail fence on North Caddywhomper Way. This area, on the eastern edge of the state park, is off-limits to hikers.

"Caddywhomper" is a logger's term for a tree that is twisted and bent.
