The Gorton Creek Bridge is 10 feet from the trail junction (bobcat)
Trail junction signs temporarily leaning against a tree (Steve Hart)

Description

This a pretty little place on the shore of Gorton Creek. The Gorge Trail slabs down ridge sides on both sides of the creek to a rustic bridge.

The Wyeth trail enters the scene from the north on an old, abandoned road. While the road continues further upstream, the Wyeth Trail follows the Gorge Trail up the hill to the east, toward the Harphan Creek Ford. The abandoned road continues south toward Emerald Falls.
