This is the third suspension bridge at this location. The first was built in 1934 by the Civilian Conservation Corps. In 1936, a second bridge was constructed to replace the first that had washed away. The second bridge did a lot better, lasting until it too washed away in 1997. Description
This is the third suspension bridge at this location. The first was built in 1934 by the Civilian Conservation Corps.
