Description
This is a trail junction above Eagle Creek about 1.7 miles from the Eagle Creek Trailhead. The spur trail heading down the hill is labeled "Lower Punchbowl Trail #440B" on some Forest Service documents. It leads to Lower Punchbowl Falls and Punchbowl Falls. Eagle Creek Trail continues upstream toward High Bridge and Tunnel Falls. A log bench has been provided here for tired hikers.
