Fees and Regulations

A forest pass is not required to park here.

Driving Directions

From I-5 near Salem, take exit 253 and get on Highway 22 east. Go 69 miles and turn right on (FS 11) Straight Creek Rd. Go four miles and turn right onto gravel road 1168. Go 4.5 miles until 1168 ends at a closed gate and turn left on 430 for 1/2 mile to the end at the trailhead.

Other Notes

The last 1/2 mile is rough, but can still be traveled in a passenger car in dry weather.
