Wilson River Traverse

Hey all,
I'm thinking about hiking the Wilson River Trail ( Elk Creek CG to Keenig Creek TH ) but unsure which direction to go. Trip reports are thin, so I thought I'd ask you all.

Thoughts?

Car shuttle? Best east to west, I think, but either way is good. It's an up and down trail, but the last stretch down to Keenig Creek is downhill, good when you're tired and more open with more light at this time of year.
