Natural Rock Arch 7/13/2020
Took the kids up here early in the day to get out of town. My wife has always wanted to do it, but each time there was too much snow, went too early in the year. We figured the kids (7 and 9 yrs) could handle a half mile, lunch, and half mile back. The trail was pretty steep with lots of loose stones and while we had good footwear, the kids shoes suck. (Glad we had poles/sticks to help.) So there was a lot of whining. But the arch is awesome, as were the views, and the kids thought the caves were cool too.
Plenty of wildflowers to get curious about.
It's not a very long hike, but you can combine it with Rocky Top if your hiking companions agree (our kids vetoed that idea ). Went to the Niagara park across Hwy 22 and played in the river instead.- adamschneider

Is this "Phantom Natural Bridge" past the end of Forest Road 2223?
