Looking to hike the 10 falls loop week of March 23rd but Not sure if it will be open. Driving from
Idaho to do some Oregon hiking trails

The visitor's center might be closed, but I don't see any reason they'd close the hiking trails.

Oregon State Parks are closing at dusk, Monday, March 23 to both camping and day use.
