Good article. We are really blessed to have so many great places to hike and explore. Most folks back east have no idea.

Last year (before the fire), I did an overnight starting from Multnomah falls using just bus, max, and gorge express. It felt great seeing another hiker headed out on the express as I was coming back. Bus buddies!
