That new bridge was helicoptered in a few months ago. Not too sure how a composite plastic bridge will hold up to freezing temps next winter. You know what freezing plastic does when struck by fast moving objects (anothr tree or branch during winter wind storm)? It shatters! But a plastic bridge is better than no bridge. :)

It probably wouldn't get hot enough to ignite, but I think it could melt and sag.
