Regarding Road 7010, it would be a good idea to check with the FS before you go. It was officially closed in 2013 according to this forest order:

Last time I was up there 7010 was closed still but it's been a couple of months. I assume because of logging activities. 63 going to elk lake creek th was closed for the same reason at that time

*63 was closed just after it crosses back over the collawash
