As some of you know I've been working on a book about Mt. Hood history and it's finally published!
It was a lot of work but it was also a lot of fun (it helps to be a librarian who loves doing research). There will be several book signing events this spring. Only one is confirmed so far, which will be at the Mt. Hood Cultural Center and Museum in Government Camp on Saturday, April 5, 3pm. I'll be giving a little talk and then signing books. Refreshments will be served.
As other events are confirmed they'll be posted over on http://www.cherylhill.net .

Cool Cheryl! I'm sure this one was fun to put together. Does it feature any of your great photos, or is it mostly historical photographs?

They are all historical photographs, with a few exceptions. For example the book has photos I took of the new visitor centers at the Hood River Ranger Station and the Zigzag Ranger Station.miah66 wrote:Does it feature any of your great photos, or is it mostly historical photographs?
Maybe someday I'll put together a book of my landscape photos.

Congratulations! That's an incredible feeling when it finally becomes real!
I'll have to get a copy of that, preferably one signed from your own stock (biggest cut of royalties, right?).

I'll see if I can make it to this one. If not, one of the other events.
Congrats!
