Bridal Veil and Multnomah Basin historic maps

Old maps give us some clues as to where some Gorge places got their names.

The city of Portland owned Multnomah Falls at one time.

A 1944 map showing land owned by W. H. Franklin (Franklin Ridge). Also, at this time, the Trails Club or Oregon owned about 120 acres.

This map shows property owned by Chas. Coopey (Coopey Creek) and Frankliin (Franklin Ridge?)
