Isn't that entire trip just the greatest? I can't tell you how many times I've suggested it to people.

That's neat, at least 2 of the 4Ts I call my part of my commute. Another one of the Ts I call my lunch hour.
Did you hike down from Council Crest to the Marquam Shelter then up the Conner Trail to get to the Tram or road walk?

We've done it various ways. The classic (for us) is the train to the Zoo station, then the Marquam trial to Council Crest, then trail and road to OHSU, then the tram, and finally the trolly back into town.pablo wrote:That's neat, at least 2 of the 4Ts I call my part of my commute. Maybe it's because we have only lived in this area for a few years but I had never heard of this trail. I love the combo of moving under both our own power and public transit power. Thanks for the post, this one is on the list now.

I love it! Mrs. VM is setting the chore pace!
I still need to figure out how to do this without the tram connection. It's easy to smuggle little dogs onto MAX and streetcar, but not the tram. It's still not clear to me how to get from Terwilliger to the new bike/ped bridge over I-5.
