Tamanawas and Umbrella during the cold snap

This was a nice hike during the cold snap to Tamanawas falls with my little buddy Tito. There was minimal snow so it was an easy hike with hiking boots and a warm jacket. It was really more beautiful then my pictures portray. We also did a quick trip to Umbrella falls from Mt. Hood Meadows parking lot.

Beautiful. Less icy then I expected

Love the pics of the freezing stream but even more so of tito and new friend :) I still havent been to Tamanawas yet :?
