Also nice are the Stevenson, WA web cams:

http://cityofstevenson.com/cam_city.html which update about every 15 seconds.

And of course, the ODOT traffic cams:

http://tripcheck.com/Pages/RCMap.asp?curRegion=1

which currently show a huge backup of ski traffic trying to get down off mount hood, making me feel slightly better about being here at work on this beautiful day.

This Mt Adams site is awesome! Hope it lasts, but the photos on the bottom of the page are sweet too, especially the lightning up-close shot. This Adams Cam site will make it into the rotation. Thanks!

Looks good for snow-free hiking at this point!
Looks like this one is no longer operating :(

Here is one from the H.J. Andrews Research Forest, a few miles NE of Blue River on Lookout Creek.

Elevation, at the camera site is about 1600'. And, just for interest, here is an osprey nest not far from the first camera.

Finally, here is the directory page for OSU Web cams:

Here is a link to a bunch of cameras located in some of the remotest places you could find in OR/WA/ID. There is a 'beta' site link at the top of the page to take you to other cameras plus a nice video on how all this works and what it costs.
