Horseshoe Ridge Trail #774 Blowdown?

Post by Sarah » July 21st, 2023, 2:39 pm

The Forest Service website description for the Horseshoe Ridge Trail #774 says it may be impassable due to blowdown. Has anyone been on this trail recently? Thanks!

Well I searched around some more and it looks like there is blowdown but it's not heavy and easily navigable.

I did it a month ago, no problem. Up Cast Creek trail, down Horseshoe.

Yep - We did the opposite up Horseshoe Ridge and down Cast Creek. The trail is overgrown near the top of Horseshoe Ridge but otherwise nothing more than a step over.
