While there are many roads that do not ever get fixed, there are some that tend to get graded once per year. An example is the road around the north side of Mt Adams. Unless it escaped the winter unscathed, it gets some treatment many summers. But it may not be until August or later. The same is true for the road to the Falls Creek Falls trail: terrible potholes and some lane-width mud puddles if you drove there in the spring, but fixed up for the summer.
