ISO new challenges for teens

Hello all! I am mentoring three newly minted young back country hikers who are looking for multi-day and day trip adventures. To give you an idea of current skill/difficulty level, they have done Battleaxe/Bull of the Woods in August and Mt. Hood treeline in January. They are well-equipped for four season wilderness trekking/camping (but not technical mountaineering) and are on the lookout for new challenges on lighter traffic routes and destinations. I would be grateful for your ideas.
