Horse lake in Three Sisters Wilderness

How crowded is Horse Lake at this time of year? The FS website says Horse Lake Trail from Elk Lake has "Light Usage." I found only one trip report on here involving that lake and it sounded like those folks encountered some less than polite campers at the lake. Not sure if that's the norm or not. I would be okay with sharing the lake with 1-2 other groups, but if it's crowded to the point of fighting for a campsite, forget it.
