Can someone offer an educated guess for when the road to the Vista Ridge trailhead will be thawed out this year?

Vista Ridge TH is at 4500', and the nearby Red Hill SNOTEL is still showing 61" of snow at 4400' as of this morning.
So, considering waiting for the overall thaw and any drifts on the road, my educated guess is for early June for the road to be snow-free. You may be able to get up there earlier if you have a vehicle that loves snow. But it really all depends on what the weather does the next few weeks... if we get a spring heatwave it may be sooner.
