One (at least for now.....) more quick question. We'll be arriving to the Lave Lake TH late in the day so are planning to camp the first night at Yapoah Lake. I know it's unmarked, but is it an obvious trail?
As always, thanks!!
Anyone hiked 3 Sisters Loop recently?

It is not real obvious, not marked. 5440 feet elevation. N44.22606° W121.75547°.
Once you get on it, it's a real trail, you don't have to do cross country

I've camped at Yapoah but the sites weren't all that great. Maybe just get water there. Camp on the north side of the Scott trail near that junction. There are lots of wide open spots that make a great camping spot.
I think it's great when people get out and enjoy the wilderness, anything I can do to encourage is a good thing.
