Water Status on PCT Section H

Lurker here, finally surfacing! I'm doing Section H starting next week (woohoo!). Given the hot weather, I'm concerned about water sources, most especially in the Yacolt Burn vicinity, and most definitely between Cedar Creek and Three Corner Spring. I know there are a couple of seasonal springs in there, but I'm trying to figure out if a) they're alive and kicking right now, and b) if I should bring capacity for 4L. I go through water pretty quickly, so I'm a bit nervous. Any beta would be awesome. Thanks!
