Salmon Butte

A friend and I hiked Salmon Butte on Tuesday. I've done this hike many times over the years, but this time I saw (or didn't see) two things I'd never seen before: 1 - Wildflowers in September; 2 - NO other hikers on the trail! :D (Tip: Don't eat a huge bowl of granola right before a hike.) :cry:

Wildflowers! oh, my! :D

Thanks for reminding me I need to get back up there. A very nice hike for this time of year.
