Hellroaring Adventure

Took the waning moments of the Mt Adams Rec area being open to check out the Ridge of Wonders, Little Mt Adams, and a few waterfalls. Started at Hellroaring Meadows Th and then went wild up the hillside to The ROW. I wanted to look at the Muddy drainage for future trips. I ate a sandwich and headed back towards LMA. Wasn’t intending to climb it but I did. Heard a few elk bugling on my way down but didn’t see them. Instead of tromping through the marshy meadows on the way back, I stayed down creek right of the major HR creek and saw the 4 waterfalls on it. Headed back up to Heart Lake and headed home.
