deschutes river May 6, 2022

I just camped a couple days to get away from rain, which was mostly successful. One day it rained.

Camped 10 miles from highway at Beavertail Campground:

Usually when I camp there in the winter there are few others, but there was some fishing thing going on so there were maybe 8 groups of other people camped

I've driven that road up from Sherar's Bridge in the winter/spring. It's such a pleasant drive.
Believe it or not, I barely ever ride a mountain bike.
